the hotel boasts a regal and open feel thanks to its glass roof structure. the rhine river is literally steps away from the building, i found it quite scenic. i took advantage of the restaurant, which stayed open late, a big plus when i needed food around 10 pm. the foyer restaurant provided a breakfast option, i thought the quality was decent.
I found the reception service a little slow. It took a while to get assistance. contacting them by phone was not easy either. i hope they can improve their responsiveness in the future.

The air conditioning was really subpar. it made a lot of noise but it didn't produce any cold air. i reported it three times. There was no change. also breakfast was like a hunt for a clean table. on saturday and sunday there were no clean tables available

i found the hotel to be quite large. the rooms are spacious and receive ample daylight, which i appreciate. there are many restaurant options nearby. the hotel is also a short walk from the cathedral.
the air conditioning did not work correctly. the room got quite hot. the staff stated everything was normal, but the noise was bothersome. the road outside was very noisy, and it was difficult to sleep.

The hotel's location was excellent. I was able to easily walk to the main attractions and access public transportation. The room provided expansive views. Trees outside were full of ring-necked parakeets each morning. Breakfast was good with gluten free bread.
The spa and sauna seemed a bit outdated and very busy. The sauna wasn't working for a period.
