The hotel is close to a tram station. The staff is helpful.
The air conditioning barely worked. I reported it, but NOTHING changed (i was very frustrated). Breakfast seemed like a frantic search for a clean table.

i found the hotel provided bowls, a bed, and some dog treats which i appreciated. the staff members were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. my spacious standard room was pretty good and easily accommodated my needs.
the corridors had a slightly strange smell that was noticeable but not overpowering.
